new job?

well i went for a interview today. it was for true green it is a more stable job with benifits,right now i have none and it is note stable. i never know how much i will have every day. they liked what i had to offer, they said that they are hiring jan 3rd and want me to come back dec. 27th for the final paperwork if i want the job.it comes down to what i have to do to take care of my family for the long haul.working as an independent op. sucks, it is good money most of the time but there are times when there is no work for days at a time and if i get hurt i don't get anything, no sick days or anything. God says faith without works is dead so if i want better for my family i have to do something.so it is in Gods hands now.
