candycane stars

there are 6 steps to make the candycane stars 1 st is to glue 2 candycanes together like this

then you glue the sides together like this but make sure you glue them good so they don't fall apart. i like to glue one side then after all 4 are glued together i turn it over and glue the other side.(my wife says i over do everything maybe i do but they don't fallapart when you throw them) lol.

after you make 2 , 4 pointed stars like this .............

you put them one on the other to make a 8 pointed star. just put spots( big spots) of glue where they come together.it should look like this.

then you are ready to put the candy mints on i like to use green and red but you make it the way you like.

but before you put the last candy piece on you have to glue a piece of ribbin on so it has something to hang from or you can do it after you are all done.

when you are all done you will a home made candycane star.
