First week of work

Well this is it , my first dollar on my own.It has been a long week working for not just for myself but i am still doing jobs for bugs no more but that only gives me 3 or 4 jobs a week.there is another company that finds me jobs for a % of the job, than with me looking for jobs it has been keeping me bussy this week. Right now i have 2 people on my sales crew but they are very good at what they do. Alot of my work has been through word of mouth from my old customers that liked my work.It is a slow start but it pays more than my other job.

We also just got done painting the upstairs with the kids classes and they came out great(I think) I made a cut out kid out of cardboard and we used it as a paddern and added cloths from all around the world. I like them what do you think?

It is about 9:30 and donna just took brit to the hosp. This is the first time this year and I pray this will be the last for a while.Evry year she has to go at lest 10 to 15 times a year,but she only has to stay over night about 3 or 4 times a year. I have to call and see how she doing write more later.

Tax Time

It is that time of the year again no not easter tax time. How many people waited tell the last min?Donna just got back from the post office at lest we did not wait tell 12:00.

long week, longger weekend

Well this friday I told my boss that I was going to start doing work for myself, I have my business license this week.So I have a meeting with my boss this tus. he still wants me to work for him I think.


this friday was brits prom, we had a dress that was going to be made for her but the lady made it the wrong color and she said it was not what she had asked for so on thur we had to go out and buy another dress at the last minute.
she found one that she liked a lot so we got it, now we need to see if we can get our money back from the lady.

well the bottom line is she had fun and she looked so pretty, she got pics done there and we/her will be sending out some when we get them back.

last but not lest Easter was loads of fun, at home even max got a basket with a bone in it.the kids got plenty of candy. At church we handed out about 60 lb. of candy about 35 baskets and about 350 eggs I wish we would have taken pics but with all the kids we did not have time.

to see the kids at church light up when they saw all that we had for them reminds me and donna why we love working with kids.

after church we came home and had a big dinner with a ham and all the fixings.

she got over it

krista has been scared of any thing in a costum.Yesterday we suprised her and took her to chuck .e chesses.She has been wanting to go for a while.She thinks if she can get over this now she will be o.k. to go to disney land this year.
When chucky first came out she started to freak out but she got a pic with him, I think she will be just fine

on my own

well it looks like donna is only going to do her blog now so it is up to me to keep this one going on. That just means I post what I want and she post what she wants, ha ha .
to get you cought up, some of you may know jerry davis he has been one of my best friend since the 7 th grade, his house got hit by a tornado a few weeks back.

thank God they were all o.k he said they rode it out in the basement.they have already started ot rebuild.they will be out of there house up to 6 months.

lets see what else.... I took Donna to seattle 2 weeks ago. I had a job out there and my boss said if I would do it he would throw in dinner for me and donna and a room + gas all on the company, cool hu.we had alot of fun and it was nice to have time without the kids even if it is was just a night.Donnas parents had the kids from sat. night to tus. but we missed them.

I have made up my mind to start up my own business, so I have got a PO box and I'm filing for a business license this week and I have a friend that dose sales and for a % of the job he will find me the jobs do all the paperwork, all I do is go out and get the jobs done. So keep us in pray it is a big step to go out on my own. As for right now I am only doing 3 to 7 jobs a week for bugs no more but that means I only make about 200 to 500 a week and that is not enough to make it so I have to do something.

the name of my business will be All Mighty Pestcontrol. I have not thought of a slogan yet but I have a idea, "Noah didn't have pest why should you" what do you think.looking forward to input and ideas.I have to think of a pic for a slogan too.
