This was last year at lincon city,we had a great time.3 days 2 nights without kids a room on the beach with outlet shopping right down the street,who could ask for more,lol

by the way Heather gave me my letter so wish me good luck.sorry i have not blogged muched but work has picked up(that is good) hope evryone has a great weeked we will be BBQ!!!!!!

WORDLESS WEDNESDAY

had a busy weekend but had time to have some we time. on sat took donna out to dinner for our anniversary. one of her favoites the maccorin grill.

krista has told me that she can't wait intell wend. she wants to start doing ww with evryone else,so this wend she will post her first ww I'm still trying to get donna to start up blogging again.
come on donna come join us. lol

sounds like everyone is having summer weather we are too, I got my first sunburn on my neck on sat but tonight we had t-storms and hail with temp of 70 at 11:00 p.m. warm and muggy

I would like to start out by saying by to elliott. with Chris gone it is all up to Taylor to win it all,not that Elliott is not good but my 2 picks were Kelly and Chris but there gone now.

sleepless in portland

Having a hard time sleeping.I'll give you a little background. last night I frogot to lock the truck so about 1:00 am I went out and someone took my sons basketball court.the only problem was they left a trail of sand from a hole in the bottom of it so I grabbed a flashlight and took the dog for a walk.about a block down the police were driving around and he said there were 3 kids running around messing with cars, so I told him my story.I found it about 2 1/2 blocks away. so we got it back, but now it is hard to fall asleep and max(our dog) keeps looking out the window he wants to catch them.he just sstarted barking and I went outside there were 2 teens sitting on the curb,they said they were waiting for there sis,ya right at 11:30 at night.well I'll try to go to sleep again .

MY FIRST W.W.

this year on our anniversary we just spent the day together talked and wachted our wedding video.I wish I could share it with evryone just to see evryone together and having fun after the wedding,but there was something that was missing, it was a happy day but as we said the vows they seemed to be just words. yes we loved each other but we did not love ourself or what we were doing in our life.(at lest for me) as some of u know a year later she left me but we came back stronger than ever and again I thank our friends that helped us through those times and last but not lest to God that had to take away what I had so I could realy appreciate what I had.
Donna and I ended our night with one last dance to our wedding song as we shared the love we had for each other and were thankfull for what we now have.and I'll end on this,don't take for granit the love ones God has put in your path,life is too short to have regrets.I thank God for my second chance.

hot hot and hotter

as you can tell by the title it is hot out here. It is going to hit 93 today.I went out to get Donna flowers and a ballon in the shape of a # 7 but as I walked out of the store it was so hot the ballon popped, and it was the last one they had in stock.I bought a dozen roses but only needed 7 so me and brit gave awaythe other 5 roses. I gave one to the casher and brit had a hard time giving out the others no one would take them.try to do something nice and people don't trust you.but finaly after she explaned what happened someone took them. this weekend I'll take her out to dinner.hope everyone is keeping cool out there bye.

Another Year with the one I Love

Do you know where 7 years ago well I "do " I was wachting the most beautiful women I have ever seen walk down as I bit holes in the inside of my lip. 7 years ago I told donna I loved her through better and worse sicker or poor etc.. and there has been plenty of them all and through all that I'm the one she still love. I am the luckiest man in the world that she stayed by my side.Every day when I wake up next to her I thank God not just for the day but a day with Donna.Every time I hear Shania Twain "you're still the one" I grab her hand and start to dance with her nomatter where we are. Yes it sounds corny but the song is more than just our wedding song, for our friends that knew us we dated for 9 years and no one thought we would ever make it without killing each other and today it means so much more!!!!!!!!
I would like to thank all our friends and family that helped us through those hard times.

well we got him a penut-buttercup Ice cream for his b-day then tonight we will go out to dinner. Friday morning he is going to visit his aunt pam of the weekend.this will be his first trip on his own(he is taking a bus about 200 miles one way)but he is 16 years old today.

anther long week

well as a father I'm not good at dressing my little girl.To me geans and a t-shirt looks fine,so when pirure day at school came around I told donna put her cloths out and I'll make sure she gets them on her.them came the big problem.......the hair!Donna asked me to put it in pigtails.have you ever seen a man in pigtails? a real man?after a few trys(not very good ones) i was running out of time and lucky for me brit was still home and with in a min she was done.I consider myself a good father but there are things that I'm still not good at.got to go to work write more later about our week
